Instructions
Pork Chops
  1. Heat up a large pan (cast iron skillet is ideal) to medium-high heat with 1-2 Tbsp of butter or cooking oil. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Remove pork chops from packaging. Give them a wash under cold water and place them on a plate or baking sheet. Sprinkle both sides with chipotle, salt and garlic.
  3. Place pork chops into the pan, making sure to get a good sear on both sides.
  4. Once both sides have browned, place the pork chops into preheated oven and let cook for about 5 minutes.

Maple Apple Sauce
  1. While your pork chops are cooking, put your apple sauce into a small pot over medium heat. Add maple syrup and chipotle flakes, stirring occasionally while the mixture heats up. The amount of maple syrup and chipotle you use is up to you. Whatever tastes good to you, go with that!
