Happy Friday, everyone! It’s been such a bitter cold few days, which takes some getting used to after being spoiled with warmer weather lately. I definitely needed to bundle up, so I went for warm, cozy layers. First of all, let’s start with these boots. They’re probably my favorite. They’re sooooo warm and soooo comfy and they look so cute! You’ll be seeing me in these a LOT this winter, I guarantee it. I also have them in black, because ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. These are from last year, but I swear, they’re completely exactly the same again this year.
I paired them with this printed red cardi I got at the Ardene Outlet the other day for a measly $10!! I’m such a sucker for oversized cardigans. I don’t know if it’s my imagination, but I feel like they make my legs look slimmer 😉 I layered the red cardi over a red waffle tee. I got this at Victoria’s Secret Pink and they don’t seem to have them online anymore, so I linked a couple of similar options that are both excellent choices (I actually prefer the Old Navy ones, to be honest – and they’re much cheaper!)
These jeans are my new faves. I just got them at American Eagle and I swear, this store knows exactly the fit of jean I love. They’re nice and fitted without being too tight and they’re super affordable. They usually seem to have the BOGO 50% off deal with them, so you can easily get 2 pairs for well under $100. Also, keep an eye on their clearance section because they regularly have an additional 50% or even 60% off the last ticketed price, so you can get stuff for next to nothing. Can you tell I’m obsessed?
Lastly, let’s talk about this fringy, fluffy scarf. I got mine at Winners, but I linked a very similar one at Forever 21 (I actually have it in grey and they’re very alike). It’s such a soft scarf and I love how the fringe detail makes it more interesting and fun. I also went for gold jewelry to glam up the look just a little bit. I’m fancy like that.
Seriously guys, go out and get a pair of these boots. They’re like walking around in slippers! You won’t regret it, I promise!
